Yang Shengshi paid a visit to CLP Zhiyun East China Big Data Center

      Yang Shengshi, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and other leaders paid a visit to CLP Zhiyun East China Big Data Center to understand the project construction progress on the afternoon of November 6. Cao Weidong, a member of the Standing Committee and the Secretary of the Development Zone Party Working Committee accompanied during this visit.

 

Big Data Center, Phase I is undertaken by NewHeadLine Group. At the construction site, Yang Shengshi, together with others, firstly viewed the project introduction plate, and then listened to the report on this Big Data Center project construction and promotion from the relevant Group leaders. In addition, they also entered into the substation exclusive for the Big Data Center to understand construction of this 110KV substation.

 

Yang Shengshi points out that, information construction had an important significance for improving industrial level of the park and strengthening its competiveness. It was necessary to accelerate construction of this Big Data Center in combination with the local industrial development features, so as to provide powerful data and information service for new medication and new material development. The team in charge of construction and operation were required to make full use of their rich experience, actively absorb and refer to non-local advanced concepts, and increase the professional and intelligent level of this Center. Meanwhile, he also required intensifying application of carrier functions, to build the Big Data Center into a data “warehouse” and to take advantage of it to provide high-quality information service for enterprises relying on data processing and utilization.

 

It has been reported that, the Big Data Project under control of the Group occupies 100 mu and this Center will focus on “cloud computing e-commerce information industry cluster”, to build “China Medical Data Port” and generate the emerging information industries clustering effect, so as to facilitate transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the Development Zone, as well as adjustment and integration of industrial structures.
